Recetario terms of use

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Recetario (“the app”, “we”) is an independent web tool run by Facilon (Alberto Curcio Linares, Costa Rica). By using the app or this site you accept these terms.

1. What Recetario is

An app to gather a family’s recipes (typed, photographed or brought in from a WhatsApp chat) and download them as a printable PDF recipe book.

2. Your data is on your device

Recipes and photos are stored only on the device where the app is used. We have no copy and can’t recover them. Backups are your responsibility: use “Backup” in the app. More in the Privacy policy.

3. The content belongs to the family

Recipes, text and photos belong to whoever adds them. Only use photos and text you have the right to use.

4. Preview and full book

Using the app and downloading the book preview is free. The full book will be a one-time payment (not a subscription) of US$6.99 (Spanish and Portuguese pages: US$4.99); taxes may apply depending on your country. It unlocks in the browser of the device where you buy it and can be restored with the purchase email or the order number. It is a digital product delivered immediately.

Payment is handled by our reseller Creem (creem.io), the merchant of record: it charges you, issues the receipt and applies its own terms. If you have any problem with a payment, email support@esfacilon.com.

5. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running well, but we don’t guarantee it is error-free or always available. We are not liable for data lost on the device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Support: support@esfacilon.com.
